Fat Nat's Eggs

This is my favorite breakfast spot in crystal. The food is fresh and delicious. There is almost always a wait for a table; but the wait is worth it. I recommend any of the benedicts!

Pancakes are THE BEST & they added veggies to our hasbrowns per our request. Awesome. They did everything with a smile. Great Great Great place, it is a must when family & friends come to visit

Seating at the bar is easiest to get seating if you are there with just one accomplice , the fruit french toast is really good , beware that they are as thick as two slices of Texas toast , awesome

Hands down the best breakfast in the west suburbs. If you love Eggs Benedict or Hollandaise you should know Fat Nat's takes it very seriously. I always order Mike's omelette (it's covered in it)!

The food is hot and fresh and tasty. Prices are a bit high, especially for some sides, but overall it is worth the experience. If only they were in a position to offer patio dining .

Huevos Rancheroes Carnitas is delicious, spicy and flavorful! My all time favorite is ordering the Huevos with both meats, carnitas and chorizo ! It costs a little extra but well worth it.

Eggs Bacon Avocado Benedict is great! The avocado comes in the form of spicy avocado verde , so if you opt out of that, there is no avocado on your Benedict.

So glad I came for breakfast , still as AMAZING as ever!!! I use to waitress here, The food is great, high quality, and the owner in a great guy! I highly recommend Fat Nats to everyone!!!

Excellent place for breakfast . The eggs Benedict are near-perfect but I would go "light" on the hollandaise sauce . I did and it was still plenty.

A regular group hangout. French toast , eggs benedict , mac & cheese , whatever you get you can't go wrong. Bottomless coffee .

Green chili huevos with carnitas were delicious. Go here for breakfast .

Food is excellent and the service is good--almost no staff turnover. I love their Jacob's Omelet . Be warned, though: their salsa verde and avocado verde are truly hot.

The bacon avocado eggs benedict is great! Really the whole breakfast menu is on point.

build your own omelet is less expensive than the standard garden varieties and IMO are even better. can have pancakes instead of bread for the same price as well .

Excellent comfort food !!! I had the beef dinner...too much for 1 sitting so I took the rest home, for good eats later!!!

if you like Mexican type breakfast , please do yourself a HUGE! favor and get the Huevos Rancheros Con Pappas, SO BOMB!

Try the fat nat's slider with a side of avacado verde. Yum!

The Fat Nat omelette is great. Chorizo , onion and tomato with a little chile habanero sauce to warm it up.

This place has amazing food and a great staff . Get the Carnitas rancheros !

Get there early on a Saturday morning and beat the rush. Get Jacob's Omelet or El Jefe omelet & make sure you get some spicy avocado verde on the side.

Seriously one of the best places to get breakfast in the Twin Cities .

Place was packed!But I wasn't impressed, pic/Grandma's omelet . $9.75, pot.$1.75. 1st they gave me wrong order, then I paid for hash browns @$2, got amer fries .@1.75 & KnorrsHollandaise sauce is bettr!
