Get a sim card while in LA for the summer
Easily the worst service experience I've ever experienced or witnessed. If you insist on being brand loyal to AT&T, go to another store or handle it on the phone or online. Stay away!
Went to 3 AT&T stores 9/28/12 to buy a Blackberry battery, none had them in stock. THE only thing AT&T can do correctly is autobilling! AND they screw that up frequently. WATCH your billing!!!!
Be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes before u even speak to someone for help
This is constantly the worst store for getting problems solved. The staff is nice, but the moment they can't figure out a problem... Theyre clueless & constantly make customers argue w/corp on phone.
There's usually a waiting list so prepare to twiddle your thumbs for a while.
The staff when I went there was the absolute cliche of rude and unhelpful.
Best customer service of any AT&T store I've ever been to...let alone cell store in general! Underground parking free with validation.
