Apple Stanford

This store has the new design language for the Apple Store: a lot of natural light , products in the front, Genius Bar in the back.

The right place to solve the problems that aren't solved in other Apple Stores. Here the staff use to be more polite and everything simply work, period. It's my favorite Apple Store.

This is the NEW Apple Store at Stanford. The other location is the old one. The new store is huge and awesome. The only issue is that it's a bit warm in the service/accessories half.

Excellent service . Unfortunately problem reoccurred after the first visit, however the device was replaced no questions asked on the second visit. Extremely satisfied!

Amazing range of accessories , not all Apple Stores have everything you can ever want. That's strange for Apple Store, but staff was slightly offensive and not useful at all.

Go to Apple Store on Infinite Loop 1 in Cupertino, find yourself a bunch of accessories of Apple, such as Tees, Mugs, Hat etc.

FYI: Mall will not let anyone line up until 5am the day the store opens. For those hoping to get the iPhone 6

Just opened Apple store in the Stanford shopping center. Near Victoria's Secret and the Sony Store.

Good service , much better than Apple Store of Hillsdale.

Leave your mark by taking a photo of yourself using one of the iPhones, iMacs or Macbook Pros.

Use the Apple store app to scan your purchases and self-checkout. Show an associate your phone receipt and get a bag for your purchases. Cool!

Cool place. Genius bar becomes warm due to glass top during summer.

Store is very nice glass walls on 3 side. Very sunny and open.

The geniuses aren’t as helpful as I thought with products.

It was nearly empty two weeks before Christmas . They need to transfer some of the Valley Fair shoppers to Stanford to even things out.

Ask for John. He was the guy for who knows how many of my Apple products.

The Downtown store has much better service on the whole. Some workers here are flat out rude.
