Very disappointed with the coat selection in the coat store!
It's so unbecoming in this BCF. They have 1,000 sales clerks behind registers and they are all helping one person. Meanwhile the line of other customers are being neglected. They need Corporate!
This store is messy and the bathrooms are disgusting. Couldn't find an employee to help me find what I wanted.
