Loved all the flavours and spices. Cauliflower , monkfish and octopus were our highlights. Also loved the counter seatings - close to all the actions. They do get busy but you can book for 12pm & 5pm.
A bit pricey for smallish portions, but very delicious. Pata negra pork neck and cauliflower are excellent. Octopus and baba ganoush are good too. Long (1+ hr) wait for a seat though. Amazing service.
The food was incredibly good!Would highly recommend the octopus , pata Negra pork neck and the cauliflower . The desserts were out of this world! Definitely heading back there soon!
Best new restaurant around Covenant Garden , close to Seven Dials. If you dig spicy Northern African dishes with a modern twist, this is the place to go to. Amazing staff too!
Small restaurant with a long waiting ,, food is amazing ???????? don't miss it if u r in covent garden .arrays and kebab is a must and konafa is good but the cheese I think is gout cheese so be aware ????
Amazing place. Recommend to have aubergine , hearts, beetroot , naan , cauliflower and chicken for the main! Goat is not too tender.
Had to wait a little bit but well worth it! Great food, amazing flavours and lively atmosphere . Wouldn’t recommend for parties of 4 or more since everybody’s seated at the bar .
Delicious North African inspired dishes from the Palomar team. All dishes were tasty, creative and well balanced. Highlights were the black salmon dukkah , and knafeh for dessert !
This place is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in London. Buzzing atmosphere and super delicious food! If you are lucky you may also chat with head chef ???????? ☺️
Souses and spices combination in each dish is noticeable, however if you are looking for a pure taste of products you will hardly find it here. You can hardly guess is it fish or meat in some dishes.
Loved the blackened salmon . Got lucky and didn't have to wait, but there are only 20 or so seats at this counter-serve restaurant . Would definitely be worth the wait though.
Fantastic food and if you sit at the bar you get a great view of the kitchen. Service is a bit pushy, and the fast music choice implies a need to make a quick decision and eat fast. Take your time ????
Buzzy ambiance and decent food. Enjoyed the Naan , Jerusalem bagel , Spinach borani and Cauliflower jaffa style ????. The Labneh , Lamp armonin and the Octopus hummus didn’t wow me.
Sister restaurant of The Palomar but in my opinion not up to the same standard. Nice open kitchen / bar setting. Most mains are grilled and too blackened for me. Bay leaf ice cream is delicious though
It's hard to choose a favourite dish when everything is so good. But if I must the the Jerusalem bagel with chilli dips and the chicken abu kalmash cannot be missed!
Amazing flavors and great vibes! This place is a must for your London list! Don’t miss out on this gem!
A 24-seat counter bar restaurant serving delicious North-African/Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist
Brilliant tapas and you can see them making the food. Would recommend mostly for one or two people as you sit next to each other at the bar , not a table.
Great food and amazing atmosphere. On the weekend you have to wait around 1.5 h to be seated - totally worth it !
You are seated on bar stools, food is cooked in front of you. Small plates . Amazing take on middle eastern food . Excellent service and atmosphere.
Trendy , small south Mediterranean/North African restaurant , featuring small plates . Try the naan , baba ghanoush , and lamb ! Worth the wait.
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! Try all the starters - they are worth it
Bagel , cauliflower , and the pork shoulder are really good. Very attentive staff .
Great location, Nale’s yard is a charm. I loved the concept! (Bar with sharing dishes)
Baklava comes out warm ???? the babaganoush is some of the best I’ve had
Interesting, cozy space but unfortunately the most of food left me underwhelmed. The Pata Negra Neck is the only thing I tasted that I'd consider returning for. It was succulent and delicious
Anything from the tandoor (such as the naan bread ) or the grill (such as the charred octopus , which is the best in London).
Amazing food. Very nice place. Better to come at 2 not to wait for too long. The restaurant should propose better value wines though as the list is way too pricey !
Very delicious Eastern Mediterranean food , lively venue and very nice staff . Highly recommend regardless of the wait!
Ikra, Zoug (coriander and mixed spices) Moroccoan cigars (fried pastry rolls with monkfish ), Pata Negra and lamb .
Really delicious Mediterranean food . Air of healthiness to it. Plates are small so order a few. Don't go in groups - 2ppl max
soo good each & every dish! 10/10
Brilliant middle eastern food - the sesame bagel and baba galoush!
Mouthwatering, crafty, simple and elegant tapas ! Two dishes are more than fine for one person. Highest recommendation!
Amazing and accommodating menu. I am vegan and felt spoiled for choice - but plenty of other options too!
Go here now. Incredible flavours, thoroughly recommended. Broccoli and black tahini , salmon , chicken liver all A*
Try Jerusalem bagel , Black salmon dukkah & Hash cake
Beautiful, tiny and delicious .. Little bit on the pricey side, but remember service is included ( No 12.5% extra at the end )
Everything was great! The grilled chicken exceptional .
Tasty! nice atmosphere & super difficult to get a table after 6pm, waiting time over 1h, lunch time is way better!
Best meal I've had in a year. Incredibly inventive. Try the bagel and the pumpkin .
Everything is amazing! Super tasty dishes, very cool concept, and amazing atmosphere!
Service is quick, politely rushed so that the next set of diners can come through. Must get knafeh!
Octopus , cauliflower and the eggplant dip with naan - baked in a real tandoor oven
Best place in London with amazing food and atmosphere
Delicious. Eat everything. Staff is wonderful. Don't eat the staff . Unless you ask nicely first.
The aubergine is incredible. As is the cauliflower . And most of the other stuff.
Delicious food and dessert in particular, but very limited seating so it can be a long wait .
Absolutely epic. Everything epic!
Loved the hummus and mushroom . Spicy dip was also great with a kick.
This is probably the best pizza I have ever had! Get a half and half and make sure you experience this beautiful food - Bradley McManus
The toast with the grilled halloumi and pickles is delicious. Sitting outdoors is recommended - Naina Shahani
Truly loved this place. Quiet, nice, not packed, great wines. Really can't wait to come back. - Margot Mazur
Unique food, modernized West African cuisine - well executed tender octopus with groundnut, flavorful coconut fried rice with cured shrimp - Kay Teo
Everything was good. Service, food, atmosphere. One of the best restaurants of this level I’ve been to in London. Recommended. - Antigoni Kats
The food is so tasty! ! Rabbit, lamb, chicken, fish, merguez and more! Couscous and tagine dishes. Creme Brule for desert. And mint tea of course :) . And to keep going check the bar downstairs! - CeLe Moral
Awesome for furry hats! Also the Seagar and pipe shop is lovely, and the Tea Palace does some awesome teas. - Karen D
Amazing place in London ! Quiet space in town. absolutly fabulous with all these colors. Restaurant are not so expensive and really good !! - Michael Crepin
