Highest quality at the heart of the Venetian resort , attentive service and a dessert to die for (“Banana Cream Pie ”). Must try’s include snake river farms American Wagyu & the Yukon Gold potato purée
One of the best meals I have ever had. Ordered the steak tasting menu (dry-aged, American Wagyu & Japanese Wagyu ) and it was amazing. Best way to compare the 3 and their different taste.
All of the steaks and sauce accompaniments are out of this world, as is the lobster mac and cheese . Very extensive wine list , but definitely on the pricier side overall, even for Las Vegas.
Come here for a special occasion . The Australian wagyu is a great value and super buttery. The oysters with uni and caviar was a fantastic starter and Kung pao cauliflower side.
The wagyu is out of this world. Amazing variety of steaks (tried most of the menu and EVERYTHING is great). The service is off the charts. A must when in Vegas!!
Go for the filet mignon .. Mac & cheese is highly recommended .. Book a table in advance .. Overpriced but delicious ..
I don't say this easily, but this was the best meal I have had in at least the last 5 years. The drinks, the bread , the appetizers , the entrée, the sides.... The bomb. Expensive but kinda worth it.
Second time here and again amazing service and meal. Indian Short rib was out of this world chocolate soufflé is still magical. Food and service make the cost well worth it.
Wolfgang Puck’s best restaurant in Las Vegas serves up a mean bone marrow flan . Critics consider this one of the best steakhouses in town . [Eater 38 Member] Read more
I know you love meat, but don't skip out on the appetizers & sides! Bone marrow flan and mac & cheese are fantastic. If you are small+cheap (like me!), go for the 6 oz. American Wagyu filet mignon .
Wolfgang do it again. This place is by far the best steakhouse in town . Get an aged steak ask for wine pairing and you will be more than fine
Love everything here! The steaks were amazing, sides were delicious, and wine selection was fantastic. Want to go back soon!
Kobe Beef sliders are so delicious!! Also ask for the Dragons Breathe a cocktail made with Chamucos Tequila ! So great!
It is, by far and without a shadow of a doubt, the best beef i have ever had. If i could, I would marry this meat. Ah-mazing!!!!
Secure some much-deserved solitude and book CUT's private group dining space, a luxurious retreat with a fully retractable bronze glass wall that opens to reveal a contemporary wine display.
While the steak entrees may make your mouth water (esp the Tasting of New York Sirloin option), don’t sleep on appetizers & sides like Bone Marrow Flan , Maple Glazed Pork Belly or Matsutake Mushrooms . Read more
2nd time I've been here and ordered the same meal - veal tongue and ribeye . I'm not a steakhouse guy, but this is the best steak I've ever had!
good meat but not comparable with cut Singapore with an extraordinary service level! Las Vegas is to noisy . Vegas guests do not have any style or manners!!! Shorts and hats are definitely a no go!
There are no guilty pleasures, only sinful indulgence, so CUT to the chase and indulge in a delectable dessert - like the Blenheim apricot and blackberry toasted almond crumble with almond gelato .
Unbelievable steaks and the best mac and cheese ever. Awesome cocktails and desserts , too!
Over the top! Best food! We had a blast ending our time at shot show 2015!
Taste of NY sirloin (3 types of wagyu ), pretzel bread , mashed potatoes , wine , service is excellent
The steaks are incredible. The creamed spinach with fried egg is amazing.
If you have the money, get the Australian wagyu . Definitely worth the price tag. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Service is really good too.
We really do love our meats as they pair perfectly with out house-made sauce, but our appetizers and side dishes really do complete this delicious meal. Try and save room for it all!
Be sure to listen to the special and get it for the table to share. You will he happy....
Great stop for the best selection of cocktails and service if you are on the go during your shopping spree and feel a bit dry.
Ahhmazing food and service. Order the porterhouse for two. You won't regret it!
Get the American wagyu porterhouse for 2. Fantastic. And the bone marrow flan for starter.
American Wagu outstanding steak . Pork belly app is excellent. Grade A++ restaurant . Service is impeccable.
Amazing Wagyu steak ! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Also try the pork belly appetizer .
The place to go for Wagyu . They also pour wine tremendously!
Bone marrow flan was absolutely amazing!
Beautiful steaks , attentive service , but you will pay for it. Food was very good, but even for Vegas - its overpriced. You might consider another place.
Fantastic steakhouse . Strongly recommend the dry-aged petit New York strip .
Incredible! Try to get a taste of a few different cuts; I tried some of the new york PRIME and an American Wagyu filet . The Kobe is EXTREMELY rich...
Dry aged ribeye is legit. Mac and cheese is worth a nod as well .
Bone marrow flan appetizer and creamed spinach with egg side dish are must-orders!
Wolfgang Puck @ his best! Bretzel bread , Bone Marrow Flan . Fingerling potatoes are nice. The NY Sirloin tasting is worth the price.
A high end restaurant with amazing filet. A bit over priced, but the atmosphere is nice...
Cut is Wolfgang Puck's wordly riff on the steakhouse genre (Kobe sashimi , lamb chops with cucumber-mint raita ). Read more
Spring for the wagyu cuts. Best steak I've ever had, without a doubt
The Jap Wagyu . But its too pricey . Dont bother with the American Wagyu . Go straight to the US Prime
Bone-marrow flan ; veal tongue with marinated artichokes ; Wagyu sliders ; Kobe/Wagyu beef tasting; potato knises
Over promised and under delivered. Shmancy beef was OK, not spectacular, sprouts undercooked, knife kept falling off plate. Then the soufflé came. Spectacular!
Very good choices and service was phenomenal.
Only had the steak but it was deeeericious. I didn't add the sea salt cause it was already seasoned enough. The pretzel bread was good and the cheese was awesome.
Wagyu steak is just delicious!!
Do not ignore the appetizers and side dishes. Beef is what you want to eat, but there are plenty of other wonderful dishes to try too. -Gail Simmons, Top Chef
