Friendly staff , basketball court , yoga studio , racquetball courts , pool, sauna and hot tub . Generally clean workout facility with plenty of free weights and machines. Lots of classes too.
Pool is a little deeper in the middle versus other locations. Also tends to be less crowded ; I usually get my own lane or don't have to wait long for one. Entire facility needs a renovation, though.
The 5:30 pm Monday spin class with Bruce is extremely popular, i.e. extremely tricky to get into. Try to get there before 5 and SIGN IN!!
Equipment gets the job done.If you are in need of personal training holla at JC he will get the weight off,great motivator and eaay on the eyes. :-)
Everything is just so old. The last time they remodeled this place must have been when it opened in the 20th century.
The body pump/sculpt class is really great but you have to get there like 45 min early to get in line which is not fun!!

Get hydrated before you hit the sauna . It's a beast!
Step class at 5:45pm on Tuesdays is awesome. Great music and fun instructor .
If you like basketball come between 11:30 - 1:30 M - F. There is always a players ready to run.
Drink plenty of water during your workout!
Plan on waiting to get on some of the equipment, this place is always busy!!

Watch out for the guy who fans himself in the gym locker room in the morning.
