You don't come here for customer service. If you want a quick Filipino food then this bus as good as it gets. I personally like their halo-halo, but that's just me. Go Santana Row for customer service

OMG!!! This place has NOO customer service whatsoever! Tip: if you love to wait for 30 min for a piece of chicken b/c they forget orders then come on in!!

Place has gotten worse in the short life it's been here. Horrible management for not keeping menu items stocked.
Do yourself a favor and don't eat here...unless you like bad service and waiting all day for your food.
