Had wonderful help and care. Can't say enough good things about how I was helped during a real emergency

Ice Water is available for free at the far end of the ER in the linen room.

No sense of calling patients according to urgent need. I have patient with possible ACL tear and 4 hrs later...still waiting.

Attendant called patients to check in in no order. Called in one that just came in within half an hour while we sat 4 hrs.to no avail.

Don't be afraid to tell the RN the patient is a Waiting Room candidate.

Bring your phone inside and call dispatch.

So tempted to use my connection after 4 hrs of waiting..

Plan on staying a while.

Don't not have Debbie as your nurse horrible bed side manner and rude.
