great hotel , extraordinary experience for the little ones ! loved it

I saw negative tips here... But for me this is the best Resort/Hotel ever! Friendly personell , great restaurant , good rooms, beautiful swimming pool , great animation. What else could you wish for?!

Rooms, staff , restaurant , everything is really perfect.

Comfortable rooms but breakfast buffet is very disappointing. Plastic spoons, plastic saucers, low quality and very few varieties of yogurts , cereals and breads . Staffs are very friendly & helpful.

Great hotel for families

Overpriced hotel . Extra baby bed 15 Euro, extra baby fence 5 Euro, extra blanket 10 Euro and I paid 300 Euro per night for a room smaller than my bathroom . I've should read the comments and not come.

Nice but too expensive . Reception service is horrible. Website is misleading, poorly done, and inaccurate. Will not be coming again.

Wir gehen seit 4 Jahren hin und es hat uns bisher einfach alles, von dem netten Personal an der Rezeption die Zimmer bis hin zum Buffet , gefallen!!!

Hotel bello specie per i bimbi . Cibo "orrendo" (specie per i veg ). Colazione (succhi disgustosi). Poche alternative alla solita colazione italiana. Cena : poche verdure . Tutto o quasi a base di carne

È inconcepibile hotel a 4 stelle con frigo bar vuoto ! Peccato che te ne accorgi a mezzanotte dopo la doccia e sei in mutande ! Il ricevimento mi indirizza ad in distributore automatico in cortile.NC

Fantastico per far trascorrere una vacanza da sogno ai bambini ... e non solo! ;)

L'hotel perfetto per bimbi e famiglie ! Camere con terrazzina o mini balconcino . No frigo bar . Macchinette automatiche costose . Buffet colazione vario ma qualità discreta per non dire bassina.

Struttura veramente a tema, spaziosa e ben fatta. Nota NEGATIVA: €8,00 aperitivo e €35,00 x cena a buffet , decisamente mediocre

Ottima struttura ... Divertimento assicurato per i piccoli anche dopo la chiusura dei parchi !!

L'hotel è bello, ma da qui a meritare 5 stelle ... Certo i bambini si possono divertire. Io però non ci tornerei, bambini o no; meno che mai in questo periodo.

Fantastico. Lo consiglierò sempre per l'ambiente fiabesco .
