老張牛肉麵

The spicy beef noodle is the best! Mild spicy is avail if you have lower tolerance for spicy food . Tried several beef noodle places from a list of Taipei beef noodle festival , and 老張 remains my fav!

Generous helping of beef and amazing beef noodle stock. One of the best I’ve had. Nice condiments and chill sauce.

Still one of my favorite beef noodle soup Restos in Taipei...tomato based soup is delicious! The intestines with rice and yams are bomb!

Expensive and average, would not come back. There are a million choices for beef noodle in Taipei, you can do better. 乾絲太鹹。

This is not bad!

（2017.03價目表）牛肉麵大175、中150、小140。牛肉湯麵、榨菜肉絲麵、炸醬麵大85、中75、小65。牛肉湯大165、小135。牛肉清湯大75、小60。牛腱帶筋所以沒有再區分半筋半肉，算近期吃到符合個人口味的牛肉麵店。湯和麵不算特別喜好，備各式小菜和飲料。

粉蒸排骨麻的恰到好處，不會辣到流汗！酸菜也跟別家不同，味道不會過鹹，直接當小菜吃也行????

牛肉麵很好吃，牛肉正，湯鮮美。

日本語のメニューあります。四川 味が看板メニューかな。

雖然說是老店，還得過獎，但是真的沒什麼特色，旁邊的「永康牛肉麵」好多了，難怪會搬走
