As someone who grew up here, I am infinitely grateful for these folks, as they have made each future visit to the suburban wasteland way less unbearable.

If you want something hot, get a latte with honey if you like milk . If you like something straight forward ask what pour overs they have! If you want something cold, ask for a roddy with chocolate .

Whenever i arrived from the of local coffee San Antonio , i always go to this place and enjoy the coffee . It is amazing place , amazing coffee excellent place.

The atmosphere reminds me of Anthropologie. It's got a sweet, organic , indie vibe. The staff is great. The coffee isn't bad, a touch on the bitter side though.

After living and working at one the best coffee houses in S.F., I know my coffee . Local is some of the best I have ever had. The espresso is near perfect and hand-pulled, unlike StarSucks auto sludge.

Their house coffee combined with a poptart is absolutely one of a kind. Also free refills with the house coffee as long as you have a mug.

Menu has changed to an easier and simpler version. Much easier to fun what you want or have them craft something just for you. Best coffee in San Antonio. Period.

Prefer the coffee here over Starbucks and when able will go out of my way to get a cup. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing!

Local coffee is my preferred coffee shop in SA. It is worth the time to drop by and have a cup or two.

Order a cortado and stay a minute. It is a small, 6oz drink that is espresso and steamed milk and the ratio is very lovely! It is delicious with two raw sugars inside. Excellent quality!

This is a coffee shop I will actually stay at to drink coffee . Music has a Leonard Cohen vibe and the crowd is thankfully short on douchery.

From their hand built Italian espresso machine, and the coffee it despenses, to the hand crafted pour over , all from quality micro roasters, Local Coffee is a site for sore eyes.

IMO Local Coffee serves the best espresso drinks in town . everything is French press-brewed with the finest beans. Favorite of mine is a traditional latté .

If you haven't been here yet come over and get a Caramelo latte . Hot or iced, the house-made caramel will have you coming back for more.

The light roast is the most bitter coffee I've ever had at any coffee house or restaurant . Tried it at two different locations thinking it was a bad brew. Nope. Won't be going back.
