Speaking strictly from the perspective of a day pass tourist , it's twice as expensive as Doherty's ($20 vs $10) with less equipment, more limited hours, and no towels (even for cost).

There's a non-obvious room full of treadmills and exercise bikes if you keep going up the stairs as you enter the gym .

No drink taps in the whole place!! You have so scale 3 flights of stairs , into the bathroom and sick you head under a tap

yeah well I checked in this morning but it didn't work but my workout was awesome ... ha
