My favorite bar in Chicago. Bartenders great, drinks cheap , vibe genuine. I've never left without making friends. Nisei is a community. A community deeply, deeply rooted in Malört .
My favorite bar in Wrigleyville. Grab a craft beer (at a decent price) and a shot of Malört and enjoy. Always get the Malört infusion.
Teams: Utah, Washington State . For both Saturdays and Sundays, Nisei features $5 Bud Light stadium cups, $5 call Bloody Mary’s and $5 Fireball shots. Read more
The Malort-arita is oddly good tasting. Friendly bartenders , popcorn , darts , and less annoying than 99% of Wrigleyville.
Cool, dive atmosphere!! Friendly bartender and fellow drinkers were fun.
Friendliest bartenders , board games , always a good deal , and always something interesting happening!
If your friends bring you here, they’re not your friends
Only been here once, but it had a really great/friendly atmosphere. I appreciated that it wasn't super crowded and I could actually talk to the people I was with.
Say hi to Lou! Best bartender in Chicago!
Get a shot of Malort from Dougie, you'll mostly not regret it.
Malort shots. Take them if you dare
Only bar that carries Pac12 channel. During Oregon v Oregon State game it's like an episode of Portlandia in here.
Come here to drink
The door guy Joel is Awesome!

Better than average juke, even now that they have Touchtunes.
Darts . Pool. Games. Seems like a fun bar .
Drink malort !
The alcohol is watered down. Seriously, I guarantee they add water to their hard liquor bottles.
Don't drink malort . Blahhh
An amazing place. Lots of character and heritage for the community. Service was outstanding. Cash only but a handy ATM in the bar. Full bar. Paintings are incredible!!!! - Alan Hedrick
Great jukebox, people, and smoke. This place is a time warp in a great way. When bars were bars, not libraries. $.75 hard boiled eggs. Get in on that! :-) - Marty Merida
A must for any baseball fan, visited from Texas and immediately fell in love with the ballpark. No glitz and glamour like modern ballparks, but a simple, incredible atmosphere. - Chase Henley
Finally made it to this one. They will put anything you could possibly dream of on a pizza. The barbecue chicken ranch was fantastic! - Christopher Burdick
Ask to see the beer school beer menu too. So many good, different options! - Kerry K
