Shana B is full of crap. It's well worth the price and it's far from run down. Staff is excellent. I travel for a living, and I stay in ES a good bit. Always a great place to stay.
Free happy hour w/ snacks 5:30-7:30pm. BEST coffee in lobby NOT rooms. Creamers horrible. Breakfast buffet wonderful. Maid a little slack on bed making and toiletries, but staff is great! Thumbs up!

No valet or bell service. I reserved the room through Priceline & they ended up moving us from a single queen to two doubles which I appreciated since I was traveling with my three teens! Room clean .
Front desk and service staff at the bars were great. House keeping on the other hand... Found our shower full of hair, after mentioning it to management we found the hair on our desk. Gross...
Saw all the tips. The people who bitch about the service/price should probably stay where they can afford . It's not 5 star but close 4 star.

The second worst hotel experience in 2 years. filled the sink with hot soapy water and wiped down all the surfaces, remotes, phones, etc.
Have to pay for internet access unless you are gold or platinum with HiltonHonors. Absolutely ridiculous for a place that charges $150+ per night.

Clean rooms, excellent pool area, great breakfast and free wifi. All in walking distance of several restaurants. 5th floor did smell like smoke and we add smoke issues on day we checked out. - Chef Scott Anderson
