17 Mile Drive is a scenic lookout Pebble Beach located in United States.
17 Mile Dr Pebble Beach , CA 93953 United States
Drive near the coast is apsolutely gorgeous!!! Its 10$ entry, but its completely worth it! You get a map with main sites on the entry so its super easy to navigate.
Scenic drives along the coastline and golf courses . Numerous picnic spots and secluded beaches . The Resorts have a handful of restaurants from casual to upscale , you can see it all in one afternoon.
$10 entrance fee per car, but well worth the beautiful drive along the coast . A visitor's map of all the attractions is provided.
It's now $10.25 per car but the views are well worth it. Can get windy at times, wear a cap! There are a lot of tourists year round, please stay out of the signed and fenced off areas :)
One of the most gorgeous coastline stretches. One side beach , the other cypress trees and greens. Bike it instead of driving, tho it's mad killer on the legs at the end.
Breath taking drive. All stops are amazing. $10 fee. Drive e around and see if there are any houses you can buy. Bring a Million or 2 or 3...
Beautiful drive. Numbered spots to stop and walk a short trail to enjoy the coast . Stunning houses to look at.
About 20 minutes to drive the whole thing without stops. Amazing views of the coast and ends with pebble beach. 10 dollars to drive thru
Beautiful but you can get great views for miles along the coast without having to pay $10. A good amount of the 17 miles is also just through wooded areas and not oceanside.
We went during sunset and it was nice, but chilly! Nice views , but we didn't stop at every single one of the stops since everything starts to look the same after awhile. $10.25 entrance fee.
Definitely do it if you're in the area! Even if you're not going to stop at any of the vista points, it's still worth it. Bring your GoPro!
If you are planning to enjoy 17 mile drive bring food and prepare to picnic , enjoy the walking trails and take your time. It's worth it.
21 spots to look out. Awesome view . Must visit on a clear day, as the color of the water is awesome. Awesome place for photography
Really, there is no need to. Most of the coastline is private property. You'll have just as good views driving along the rest of the coast !
Admittedly pretty, but I don't recommend it for anyone under 40 or who is in good shape. It's hiking for lazy people. Save the $10.25 and the 2 - 3 hours and head to ANY of the state parks in Big Sur!
Try to cruise in a convertible, the $10 trip worths enough to feed your memories of a nice history.
Had a great time driving slowly and making stops along the way. Don't forget the Ghost tree , Bird rock and the bald cypress tree .
Spanish bay inn , China rock where you can see sea lion and the entire drive is gorgeous. Pebble beach is the finishing touch.
Scenic views are wonderful. Awesome place to watch the sunset .
Must visit if you're in Monterey. $10 entrance fee but if you eat at the lodge , you can get a credit for it.
One of the most breathtaking drives you'll ever make. Get out of your car and take LOTS of pictures! Favorites are the Lone Cypress and The Lodge at Pebble Beach.
Rent a bike and ride on as much of the bike path as you want...so worth it!
You have to pay a $10 fee to enter but this drive is beautiful if you take the time to stop here and there and enjoy yourself
Great for a nice, non-threatening bike ride .
Beautiful views and scenery. Great photo opps. Nice relaxing drive ????
Lone cypress tree is the highlight of this 17 mile scenic drive .
Gorgeous drive. We stopped at all the markers.
There are some beaches not marked on the map. Do explore them!
This place is timeless. I saw it 30 years ago and it's still just as pretty
Pebble beach and carmel-by the sea are 'the must see places'
Very romantic , great place to go for a drive with your honey .
You don't have to pay the entry fee if you come by bicycle.
Beautiful coastal drive. Take time to stop for all the picture opportunities.
Turns out it is worth the $9.50 gate entrance fee. Amazing views of the CA coast -- not to be missed.
My 21st birthday road trip. Great way to get lost and feel free
Absolutely stunning views !!
