Our experience: Highest Lindt Chocolate Boutique in the world, staffs with high noses as well . I found the staffs at Interlaken's shop helpful & friendlier. Happy I had bought all my chocolates there!

Not that pricey (for Switzerland). Mix and match is a good way to try different types of chocolate . But unlike in the train video there're no free samples
