Jin Tea Shop

Kinda like tea station but better quality control due to the smaller menu. Good tea and the boba was really good. Passion fruit hm Oolong includes actual fruit + seeds so it may be a lil overwhelming.

It’s a tiny shop. The oolong tea is definitely the thing to get. They have beautiful multi layered drinks that are instagram worthy. The basil seeds here are better than most boba shops .

The oolong milk tea is deliciously creamy. I wanted to order the artisanal version but it would've been a 15 minute wait so I went with the regular.

Amazing tea . Beauty tea regular was excellent. A good departure from sugary boba shops

It’s pricey because of the pretty instagramable drinks, but if you just get what you like and not worry about ordering something pretty, the drinks are good.

Best for afternoon tea .
