Having Green Tea Latte ..the mall just opened..hang out here at starbuck just awesome..wide view from the top and an awesome water fountain outside!

The seating area is often packed and since it is located so close to the entrance, you will get a blast of warm air whenever someone walks through the automated doors.

Most of the seats have plug to use. It's very convenient for me to use my laptop or charger! I like it! Will here more often... Hopefully the ceiling crashing incident won't happen again haha

It's got a small counter but a nice open space for having your coffee . It packed and full of shoppers so if you wanna use your notebook and work not the place.

The Barista named Fatin is very kind and friendly , thumbs up for the service. But unfortunately their Frappuccino is very watery. It is so watery until it flooded the Foursquare tips room. =/

Few weeks back, a barista said she will reload my card twice RM10, but infact is only once, paid RM50, I got less RM30 change.. this is one of the trick used by them or most starbucks.. watch out

Not the friendliest baristas. Some of them don't understand what "half strength coffee " is, and the difference between caramel sauce and caramel syrup .

Bottle drinks are expiring in a week or less and the barista said it was fine? Even hypermarket shall not put up items on shelve if the goods is expiring soon. What u understand about serving fresh?

Brought my tumbler n order frap . D drink is too full n d barista still force to close it n it spill out all over my tumbler. The thing is he only clean it up using tissue n didn't even rinse!

Snail wifi . Never experienced this with other outlet. I have to repeat my order 😒 the only thing i like is extra whipped cream .

Starbucks plain donut taste like *:□}! I rather give it to a dog or cat to eat than tasting it!

Needs more training for the baristas. Don't seem to know how to make drinks properly.

Barista suxs big time, frap was watery n way too sweet. Saw the guy used full cream milk when I ordered mine skinny. It's so watery, only place the red bean sink below the green tea frap . Bad!
