Outback Steakhouse

The service here was horrendous ????. They got our order wrong and our steaks were not cooked as we had requested. I love Outback but it's getting harder to find one with good food and service.

Service is hit or miss. Try the sweet potato dries WITHOUT honey glaze and also request for honey butter for your bread !

If you ever have an issue ask for the manager Joe he is like a great super nice 6'4 black guy he fixes any and all problems u Rock Joe :)

Service is lacking on a Tuesday night. Side of asparagus means a measly 5 spears. Declined to brew a fresh batch of iced tea . Head to Longhorn in Laurel next time.

If you don't mind seeing yourself then come on in. Food is mostly always cooked correctly and even off not then they fix it quickly without any hassle. Service needs work.

Ask for Logan and you'll get amazing service. Food's always pretty good here.

We got an inept server. Didn't bring water to the table, or pour the drinks from the cocktail shakers--even spilled one on the table.

Dale our server is nice but I guess his section was 2 big because we got here early and tables upon tables left before we even got our food. And we had young children with us so it was unenjoyable.

While you're here, make sure to try the food! And get a drink also!

Call ahead seating Beats some of the waiting time

Wait times with empty tables on a Wed night? Wasting time even after manager's apology and invitation to return after last visit's fiasco (no Curbside Takeaway svc for 45 minutes after 2 phone calls)

Another crappy chain restaurant . Why bother eating here when you have other choices in the area? But if you must, get the Bleu Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad--it's at least edible.

Ask for honey butter for use on their bread

Terrible kitchen service. Husband's food didn't come out for 40 minutes and when it did it was cold. Got comped, but free bowl of soup was cold and free pasta entree to go had no sauce on it.

Sat at the bar and was disappointed with the service. Constantly having to ask the bartender for everything was not good service .

LEARN TO COOK ! The meat was overdone and dry. Potatoes were not cooked. The soup tasted like yesterday's. One small loaf of bread for 3 orders. Huge disappointment !

Only one bathroom stall had water in the toilet/wasn't clogged, and it was the handicap stall.

The bloomin burger is amazing

Don't park in two spaces @ curbside people. Be more considerate than that

Some chick in curbside takeaway has the worst attitude and forgets everything ! Alway check your bag b4 leaving!

I will never return. They service sucked and the waiter act as if she didn't sign up for this job. Don't waste your time.

Food took forever, manager took some off the bill. alfredo with chicken was spicy but good.

Horrible curbside customer service. Most of the time the order is incorrect. Not recommended
