Oftentimes the drive-thru line is backed up to its entrance and there is nobody in line inside. MUCH faster to walk inside then wait!

Horrible service! Incompetent! waited 15 minutes for three cups of coffee ! When asked we revived a rude comment. The manager Sam needs to train his staff on efficiency and customer service!!!
