I bought a jacuzzi tub here and it was cracked, got another one...cracked. the last remaining two they had...cracked. if four $700 tubs in your inventory are cracked you need to start firing people.

Great to see a big box name like this come to the hood but as usual, bad service, selection and employees. #SAD

Had the same key prob but returning the key was easy, just don't exchange. They make u buy it twice and it takes forever for the refund to hit Ur acct.

52nd and parkside lowes is the absoulute pitts. i ordered 2144.47 of appliances with a promise of next day delivery . I not only did not get my product but a no call and no show. Horrible service
