Brendan gave us a great review of the roasting process, then we had a set of four brews done via aeropress , clever, chemex and siphon . Amazing how differently the flavour came out.
Great coffee and a cool space. Just don't expect a quiet working space as it's an actual roastery.
pumpkin spice latte is back!! The best at this place... Never too sweet!! The pumpkin doesn't take over the espresso flavor. Bold & Beautiful :)

Sadly, the coffee here sucks, at least from a Californian perspective: acidic, bitter weak roasts, like 1980s style Colombian roasts.
