The secret is out. This is the best gym in the chain. A gym is more than equipment and layout, it's the people. They workout hard here. The weights are not monopolized. The one floor layout s a plus.

Patience is a virtue! You'll get your results over time. Don't be discouraged if you don't see anything right away. Being healthy is a lifestyle and you'll reap the rewards the rest of your life!

I like this location for quick morning without. The parking lot is never crowded and you don't have to fight the steroid crowd or overly made-up soccer moms to get a machine.

Older gym , one story great for working out. If you are looking for a place to socialize abd be seen then go to the other LVAC locations.

This location is awesome.The staff and instructors are the best! I haven't met anyone I didn't like. Everyone is so helpful.

Invest in noise canceling headphones. They play the most awful Top 40 music unbearably loud here. If you see a guy working out in huge clunky Beats by Dr. Dre, you'll know why after your first workout

I don't know if all the rest of the LVACs are two floors, but this location is one floor and isn't as super crowded as the Rainbow location - thank goodness!!!

This location needs upgraded equipment , other than that I like it not so crowded !

For the love of God, people... It's called deodorant ! Try it! You'll like it!

This one feels so tiny in comparison to the one on 215. Well , at least the locker room is strategically laid out so you don't get a plain and clear view of the showers .

No running track at this location ???? very small compared to the other locations!

Order the Goin Ape protein shake after your work out! It's amazing and dee lish!

Oh, and you don't have to walk through the showers to get to the pool area either. Thank god, the less old man behinds I have to see at a gym , the better.
