Free corn chips nice, location is great, waitress friendly , food cheap , fresh avocado good. But, veggie quesadilla swimming in undefined gravy , chicken quite salty, flat it must have been beaten ;)
The carne asada is great and the beans had so much flavor.
Guacamole dip rocks and they have $3 beers too!

The service is just the worse. They ignore you for 10 minutes before getting a menu. Food is bland. Been here three times and every time was actually worse than the previous visit.
