When u treat black soy sauce as merely a condiment in Claypot rice , u got it all wrong. That mini smattering of salted fish is a no-no, cos it needs to be lit. Only saving grace-nice char on the rice .

After reading so many reviews, decided to try. Quite disappointed as I expected more. Average at best.
