Boot camp with Will is an ass kicking good workout! He is an excellent motivator and its a great way to start your day.
No need for a sauna ... hit the cardio machines upstairs and you'll be dripping sweat.
This place is very small and outdated but its enough to give you a good workout... if you go to the gym jst to work out that is!
don't expect a spa . this place is grimy but gets the job done. twerqin' is only allowed in the racquet ball room.
The new bike seats really hurt your bum
The classroom is big and always cold which is great but everything else about the club sux. Small and dirty ...not to mention one of the worst parking lots in the world.
This place is so gross. Dated equipment and it smells like Goodwill- every kind of B.O. And for some reason they never turn on the fans or air. I would not come here if it wasn't so convenient.
Put the chips down, and get there.

If you're looking for a late night 24 Hour , go somewhere else.
Cardio machines are upstairs.
It's really dirty , and the staff here are extremely rude, and unhelpful.
