The apex of all local grocery stores ! Specialty foods, great bakery , kitschy gifts , decent wine selection , awesome deli (and maybe even diapers and formula hidden somewhere amongst its many aisles!?)

Everything is awesome! It's like a health food store , with some of the regular items you would buy at a regular grocery store . I go there for some of my health food items.

Best grocery shopping in town (if there is such a thing)!

Very nice place, lots of variety. Fruits are excellent. Rotisserie Chicken could use a MAJOR upgrade though. HEB is the only place I get these and this location has the worst by miles! Half or whole.

The food here is very fresh and the store is very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly , this is one of my favorite Grocery stores to shop.

One of the most crucial grocery stores around. Love all the stuff they make up fresh. The wine selection is also pretty legit.

Awesome selection of everything: fruits , vegetables , cheeses , meats, seafood , breads , wines , beers , you name it. Truly impressive.

CM is the best of the best. I hate to say that in San Antonio, CM beats the pants off of whole foods.

Fish seafood is flown in each day. Wild caught salmon . Fish experts are easy to visit with.

Visit the specialty wine section for some top shelf wines you can't find easily. ;)

Full assortment of deli foods and a fresh grill wit bomb food yo.

Great selection of everything- wine , cheese , breads . Also as those hard to find items.

Love their meals for one. I enjoyed their herbed chicken with mashed potatoes , carrots , and green beans .

Get on over to the chocolate bar section and grab a Vosges dark chocolate bacon bar or a blood orange caramel bar..über yum ;)

Take your time to leisurely shop. There's several food options, taste testing, alcohol testing events .

The lunch sandwich bar is great, but can take a while. Get there early before the lunch crowd hits.

Check out the live band that, plays music outside on Sunday Afternoon. (12:20pm) !

If you have 15 or less items, try the checkout line next to the pharmacy . Usually, there is no line at all - it can help you get in and out faster.

Heads up ladies: the tampon selection is awful. Unless, of course, you prefer the chlorine-free, vegan , hand-picked, $8/box variety -_-

First time I've had the paper or plastic option since moving to SA. Thank you Central Market - I much prefer paper.
