Great gym , but the personal trainers tend not to acknowledge you. Surely it's not too hard to say 'morning!', particularly as I'm there every day at the moment. I just find it a little bit odd.

The pool and gym are fantastic. Some trainers are very cocky ! They are unable to multitask simple things. The yoga and spin classes are superb.

Amazing how with the Ebola crisis this gym is rife with people not using towels. I had to wipe the sweat off some equipment from a guy walking around like he was the terminator.

A great place to go for a swim . Some say it is a 'fast pool', swimmers can get some great lap times here!

Free parking for four hours if you go for a swim . You need a parking ticket instead of entering the parking lot with your credit card.

They've removed the awful carpet in the gym and replaced it with rubbery gym flooring and floorboards - so much better!

Great gym with great views and great lights.

Great gym , pool and classes . Avoid 11-12 weekdays. Mums and bubs. Kids basically run around. Both annoying and dangerous.

If taking your children for a swimm don't go on sundays as there are classes at the heated swimming poll and it's not open for general public

Lap lanes aren't too busy and food during the week at the cafe is pretty nice. Give the stir fry veges a go. Read more

The deep aqua-aerobic classes are great. Monday and Thursday at 12.15pm.

Water temp is a little cool at the moment .They reckon it's 23 but my body says NO

Carpet in the gym and the changing rooms ... Truly gross!

Came here especially for hydrotherapy treatment in their dedicated pool but found it filled with kids, band aids, dirt and disinterested staff . So utterly disappointed. Won't be back.

Ettiquette after work can be poor. Please don't breatstroke or stop before the ends in the fast lane. Top pool out of busy hours.
