Q1 Resort & Spa

I booked for one month the location is perfect which is walking distance to the beach and main attractions . The apartment is huge which has an excellent view to the beach and the surrounding areas.

I stayed in a privately owned apartment found on www.stayz.com.au and I found our room to be lovely and well maintained. Everything we need is nearby. Air conditioning works fine! Great view from room

Fantastic views , rude, pathetic and useless staff , service IS slow at the sky point restaurant , clean rooms , modern design , great pool + spa , higher floors windows shake and bang constantly from wind.

If you ask about wifi at the info desk, they will tell you that you have to buy a password for each gadget you want to connect. Don't listen to them. The password works for as many gadgets as you want

To prevent blinds banging, use some blu tak to help secure them down :) block your ears when using the lift to higher floors

Humongous rooms with modern decor . Great place to hang with large groups of friends!

You'll find better, more comfortable places around. Apartments are dusty, ill-equipped even with the basics promised in the welcome book and have uncomfortable beds.

For business events and conferences , they have great rooms for presentations and meetings. I'm not sure about the costs though, I never asked.

Breakfast at the top is worth to have. Rude and unfriendly staff . Hotel is gorgeous. New and clean .

Really make use of the kneading function of the massage chair ! It really feels like someone's giving you a massage !

They never fill up the ice trays . The blinds hit the walls when the air con decides to work. Not to the standard expected.

Service at the Skypoint restaurant is extremely slow

5 Star apartments .... Yeah right, 3 star if best. Crap beds, curtains are just shade blinds so don't expect to be able to sleep at all. Staff are rude and useless

Can't believe they didn't have the courtesy to fill up the ice trays .
