Hooligans is among the better of the generally poor restaurants in Conway. Staff is really friendly and place has a local feel. Decent if limited beer selection . Steaks arrive cooked as requested.
Must order the chips and salsa . The salsa is the freshest I've ever had and better than any Mexican restaurant .
Great home cooked style food & friendly service , only place so far in NH!
The BBQ Ribs are really good! You must try them!
