Great place to take kids on playground , run and have fun on the hill and near lake . Beautiful views

The landfill-converted-to-mountain park is tons of fun for training , playing with the kids or just sitting and enjoying the scenery. Careful not to be caught there after dark or you will be ticketed!

Great place to let the kids play & lose their minds. Plenty of parking & kids all ages will have fun.

Awesome place to train . The outside perimeter trail is 1.95 mi, the lake trail is 1.45 mi, & the trail around the mountain is 1.3 mi. Have fun!

Good jogging trail , 2 playgrounds for kids, bodyweight training equipment and hills for training

Love the nice paved walking areas and the hills are great for interval workouts.

Husband and I live 5 minutes from here ! Great place to walk & get out the house

I train here at least two days a week. Great for 3-5 mile pace runs. Long runs get a little monotonous.

Remember its cute to feed the birds until they stop migrating accordingly and stay here looking for hand outs and freeze to death in the winter.

It's so nice to go running with your dog here! Great trails and great events .

Great area to run plenty of bathrooms and different distances to run

Make sure you bring water during this summer heat, they don't have water stations around the far side of the track .

This is my niece and nephew's favorite park to go to play on teh rubber floored huge jungle gym , swings , and flying kites and more.

Get place to jog. And you can top it off with sprints up the mount. Or do the stairs

The workout out stations around the track are good for at least seven hundred calories!

It can get very crowded on the playground but overall cool place.

Some great steps and dark grassy hills to run and plenty of people training there

The 360 view is amazing on a clear day!

The trails here are perfect for strollers!

One of my favorites jogging/running/interval training spots when I visit the Virginia Beach area .

Get there in the morning, grab a spot on the sloping side of Mt. Trashmore facing the lake , take a nap or read a book .

It is also a great place 2 go and reflect and meditate ( relax baby ) !

If you haven't been in a while, the kids cove looks great. There is even a Lion King looking rock.
