I thought the House of Pancakes would have more pancake options but was cheered by the syrup selection and the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N' Fruity . Overall I would rate this 10 lukewarm pancakes out of 10.
Nice breakfast menu as always but really expensive when compared with the competition like Cora's and Sunset Grill!

Good food like in all ihop but not cheap ! The waitress here was a little rude when she saw that we didn't give a tip! We really don't like that!
