Bussing needs to happen more often. Apart from that, the renovations make it a quaint little place that exudes cosiness.

The "Barista Salad with Chicken " is not bad. If you're looking for a quick snack , it tastes alright and won't be as bad for you as a muffin or a cake !

ask for ice before having the white chocolate added to your mocha and you can taste surprising shots of white chocolate in your mocha !

The last Starbucks before boarding the ferry to Batam. The next Starbucks is at Mega Mall at Batam Center . This mall is just across Batam International Ferry Terminal.

Staff here are so lazy when u ask for take away didn't even give u a bag when u request it they just put the bag on the table expect u to pack yourself serving attitude ????????

Probably the only Starbucks with bad service. Not only are they disorganised, the crew are indifferent and will even expedite an order when an impatient Caucasian yelled at them.

Starbucks here is better than the one at vivo's, in terms of seating arrangement
