My first time trying Filipino food . Overall taste is good. The deep fried milk fish pairs well with the soy and vinegar sauce but will be better if they use sweet soy. Adobo pork is just ok for me.
Sisig is good. Prepare to take video of them mixing up the egg when served at your table.
Pork nuckles is awesome! Halo Halo for dessert .
