Massive M&S with large home section, lovely café , opticians, clothing and food hall.
Lovely restaurant upstairs! Try the bacon sandwich .
Some of the younger staff in the upstairs cafe need to realise that it's customers who pay their wages. Smile and at least appear to be happy.
Remember not to stay longer than five hours.
