All a bit fraught, the weekend before Christmas . Probably bit off a bit more than they could chew. Still it all worked out in the end. Very British.
Get here before the elderly looking after toddlers arrive. Great fresh sushi counter, watch it being made.

The self check outs furthest away from the entrance usually have no queues!

Avoid pharmacy . Jobsworths to busy chatting. Prescription item could buy over counter going to take 15 mins to dispense?!
Average shopper age is 60+ and technophobic, so avoid the queues and head for the self serve checkouts
