The setting is super cute and the cats are so friendly ! Lots of Neko Atsume toys for playing with them. Staff are wonderful. Drinks are lovely but pricey as expected.
When they announce that scones are being made fresh you MUST order them. You won't regret it.

Only 1 minute walk from the Ikebukuro Station West Exit. There are about 15 kitties. And we can spend some time with them. The staff is friendly and nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed, clean,too. - R2 D2 droid
