The most important element of phở is the broth and though the one at Phở An might be a bit salty/oily for some, it's consistent and good quality. Must try phở bò tái (rare beef ).

Pho noodle is the best!! Must try.. Their spice satay sauce is perfect to go with the soup .. Yum!

Ask for a sate sauce, (doesn't come automatically like the sprouts and basil ) squeeze in some hoi sin, dip meat and eat. If you love it, you can buy the sate in jars at the counter.

Their efficiency is more impressive than the pho itself

I didn't expect this place to be serving only Phò . I wasn't disappointed at all. I order a small size but for an extra 50c and if u r very hungry go for the large serve. I'd go back for another Phò .
