They really need to hire new floor manager, book shelved is ok but there's no sign whatsoever for particular interest of book . Cashier is slow, some books aren't available and mostly in Indonesia

Don't be fooled with their membership that given by them. In order to be work we have to put a money and use it to pay the book . WTF! I've got Asian book for Thailand n Periplus for Bali no need this

The arrangement of books is worse than Bandung, many stacks of books in whole of corners, not neat, and little dusty. The clerk aren't nimble and tend to show their laziness toward customers. Bad! (n)

Bete bgt kasirnya ƴƍ buka cuman 2 alasan sdng Istirahat...coba ƴãá. saat jam ramai tunda istirahat dahulukan mёmϐёri pelayanan,,,,Agar Pelanggan tdk Kecewa,,
