Always friendly staff , can be busy pre and post shows so be prepared to wait a little.

There are no toilets here. Go to one of the bars , or the ones near the cinema .

The music is loud , difficult to read or work (even with my noise isolating earphones).

After I bought lots of food they told me they had no bags and they were closing :( how am I supposed to carry a tea , a salad , a croissant and a dessert ?

Really friendly staff who were more than happy to bring my drink to my table when I was on crutches.

Dissapointed that there was no free WiFi and also the fact that I never got a star when I made a purchase on my Starbucks Card .

Didn't listen at all. Didn't ask if I wanted cream on my drink. Drinks were not extra hot. Barley tasted of hot chocolate . Way too much syrup . Acted like I was a mental when I said I didn't want cream
