Nice views and amenities . It's in a good part of a city where you can walk to all the nice sights — unfortunately the rooms don't have fridges and the bathrooms don'f have fans.
Rooms are a bit dated but the views to the river/lake/city make up for it! Big fitness center and great location! Great for business trips.
Big hotel . Really big. Do expect to be crowded especially on weekends. Parking is expensive but the self park option at 45 bucks is worth it for the area cause u can leave and renter w/o charge.
Newly renovated rooms . Staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. Riverfront access. Club lounge is great. Only downside is it faces the worst building in Chicago..... Trump Tower
Not sure about the bad tips we had a GREAT weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful view was awesome. Make sure to get a west facing room as highs possible.
Ask for a corner room with a lake view . It's gorgeous. Overall hotel is very nice except for bathrooms & shampoo the hotel is awesome. It's clean & nicely renovated with a very friendly staff .
Call for car services early in the morning or the day before your airport transfer or special event ... LimoBank reservations info@limobank.com 1-888-546-6988
I don't recommend being here Xmas time as it is extremely busy but u def want to be sure u get presidential access. Free drinks and snacks and view is amazing!
As an SPG platinum guest, I was extremely displeased both with the service and check-in attendants, who locked me out of my room three nights into the stay for "nonpayment," which was mistake. C-
Definitely check out the club access, the food and views are fantastic
Nice place but holy crap... For the price you'd think parking would be half of what it is and at the very least they could give you free wi-fi and breakfast !
Overnight parking is $45! Outrageous! Forget the rental car , used Echo Limousine 773-774-1074. Same price to and from airport as a rental for 2 days with parking .
Convenient to all the River North and Michigan Avenue attractions and restaurants . The staff is great!
It was good experience. Large Room with Cozy Bed and Amenity . And located with downtown
Great place to stay. Wonderful amenities . Breathtaking views !
Beds so comfy you don't want to get up in the morning. But the in-room Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas are motivating ☕️ ????
Don't touch the right handle going down on the escalator from the lobby as you will get an electric shock. I told the conferencier but seem as if he already knew. He promised to let somebody know :-(
Had an issue with room not being properly cleaned but the front desk switched our room and upgraded us. We had a great stay and would stay there again.
Be sure to check out the Sheraton Fitness programmed by CORE PERFORMANCE located on the 7th floor
Elizabeth does a wonderful job planning any event or meeting here. If you need a place to hold your event I suggest giving her a call!
Somewhat confusing place to have a big conference because of all the floor hopping. But very pleasant views and good service .
River view is what to ask for. Only free wifi in lobby. Do not be fooled as 8th floor is the first floor of rooms.
Ask for a river view room. Way better than city view (w vacant lot next door).

If you have a Droid, download and use foxfi app. Your phone can power all of your devices free, just be sure you have a good data plan!
The swimming pool is small but does the job. Also features great views of the city . :-)
Customer service is good unless you are dealing with the front desks. They have that rude/polite vibe.
The USCA Conference has started. HHS Secretary Sebelius will be the keynote speaker along with Jeff Crowley from the White House. Learn more by following the AIDS.gov blog at AIDS.gov.
Great views and good location. Decent price, but a little too much hall way noise. Overall nice, I would stay here again.
Get a river view . You can walk to many downtown spots within minutes from here.
The ballrooms on the fourth floor and the hallways and lobbies around them are horribly short on power outlets . Charge your devices before going to events there.
Good location on the river ! But confusing layout for a conference venue.
One of the servers in the concierge is insanely loud . Why does he like fist bumps and the sportscenter song so much too? A bit annoying.
Ask for the upgrade with water river view from your room!
14 dollars for Internet access is a bit steep. It's free in most hotels . Also for a 4 star hotel I wish I couldn't hear neighbors using their bathroom .
Walk straight out of the hotel and take a left. Walk a block to Fox and Obel to enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch .
Great place for a convention ! #YRNC2015
Busiest hotel gym I've ever seen! Heathy guests...and some pretty unhealthy ones too;)
Can't beat any hotel within shooting distance of a grocery store . And there's even a nice view of the river !
The gym is 24 hr access and it overlooks the river !
Largest ballroom in the city .
Room 1855 is huge, and has a great view of the river too.

3103 always have wifi , and L is the guest name. You're welcome.
Do not stay at this hotel . The rooms are nice but it has the worst WiFi I have ever seen and I travel for a living. The connection is slow, unstable and keeps cutting off. The staff don’t care.
Not sure if I got an old room but its outdated and musty. Showed up and bedcover has stains all over it. Great gym for a hotel though and nice location.
Had a Meeting. The Food on the Lufthansa flight home was better than the Gala Dinner and all the other food they served. What a shame. Even the free coffee in the room makes me not feel better.
The New York Strip bone-in is excellent (medium rare). - Michael Sim
Perfect place for a holiday event! Check out the website at www.ChiBarChicago.com - Maggie Olmetti
Great location for exploring both the Loop and Near North. Hotel is showing its age, but it's still comfortable and quiet. Loved the lake view room. - Rick Lindemann
Awesome location. Great value. Corner King suite comparable to/better than posh hotels in the area. - Maggie K
Fantastic hotel with great service and a central downtown location. - Josh Rappoport
Great atmosphere! Lots of different places to eat and shop at plus some amazing views of the city. We did the river tour and lake tour and both were awesome! - Sean Miller
