Very sad, London cyclist for 21y, same bike , needed on the road repairs. 'No, we can't be bothered, it's too much trouble.' I needed a cotter pin cut & hammered out, & new one to put in myself, avoid.

take back my previous tip about good service . staff are barely helpful and only seem interested if they know you're spending money. avoid. go to the hackney peddler.
