Their handwritten specials menu changes daily, and is filled with heavenly sushi rolls . Simon's Special Sauce sounds bad but is utterly delicious.

2008 roll is the best. Sexy Salmon roll a close second.
Order from the specials menu, and leave the soy sauce alone! It's not needed!
