Unfussy yet delicious soup/sandwich/everything joint staffed by very nice people. Come either side of lunch hour to avoid the crowds. As always, avocado 's extra. As always, it's worth it.

Larger variety of grab n go beverages, like an upscale convenient store in a sense!

I'm the asshole who takes all the noodles out of the chicken soup for just the broth and meat.

Expect your portions to get less and less as time passes. I've been working in the area for 6 yrs and every year they seem to give you less - for the same, or sometimes more $$
