Brilliant lively independent bar . Anchor burger is brilliant. Great selection of real and craft ales and beers .

Even with the change of management in 2018 still an amazing pub with great atmosphere.

The Chicken Parmigiana is lovely. Nice selection of beers as well . Approve.

Drink outside to enjoy the view of the Thames (or rowing gym above the pub !)

This was the pub featured in Sliding Doors, the bit where they are all rowing inside and singing. Don't let that put you off though, it's actually quite decent.

Pub Quiz night is a good time here, beer is a little over priced, but it is on the water front

In this tavern Gustav Holst wrote much of his Hammersmith Suite (completed 1930), while he was Director of Music at the nearby St.Paul’s Girls School.

Quiz night on wednesdays 8pm. Well worth checking.

The interior needs a lot of work, food is not great. The only good thing about it is the pavement outside.

Charged £1.10 for soda water because its a 'premium' area. What a joke. It's tap water with bubbles.
