ゆりかもめ芝浦ふ頭下車南へ徒歩5分ほどです。上を走る首都高台場線が左へカーブしていますのでそれに沿って歩くとすぐ見えてきます。入り口に警備員が立っています。
2000年から遊歩道 は無料になったようです。チャリもおけ。ただし手押し。
自転車は押してとおります。10月下旬がライトアップしててきれい！
南側通路からループ線を行くゆりかもめを撮影できる。
ランニングコース になってますが、排ガスが酷い
