When I see tips about bad service at restaurants , sometimes I think lots are exaggerated, but Modo truly has shitty service. They don't actively look at customers to see if anyone needs assistance.

Service is good, food is very good, I recommend ordering the tomato soup , chicken with cream and mushroom sauce and the club sandwich is good to.

Nice outside seating on the top floor. The service is a bit slow but don't mind for the lovely seating area.

Expensive, average and sometimes below average food, slow costumer service and they will rip you off if you're not carful. There are other places in the area way better in food and prices.

الجلسات الخارجية لا بأس بها، صح حر بس يحطولكم مكيف صغير جمبكم، جربوا البوريك بالجبنة و مناقيش جبنة عكاوي..

الجلسة الخارجية جميلة - الأكل نص و نص - الخدمة ضعيفة جداً

المكان حلو لكن الاكل لا كبة الدجاج بدون طعم والفتوش كثير في الصوص الاومليت عادي والخبز جف بعد دقايق من التقديم البوريك التركي عادي و بارد و طلبت تسخينه 3 مرات وكذلك الكنافة مع انها الشي الوحيد اللذيذ

بخصوص الفاتورة انتبه من minimum charge بعضهم يطلبه وهو ممنوع من الوزارة وأحيانا الأسعار تضاف اليها طلبات لم تطلب.. انتبه قبل لا تدفع. وفصل الفاتورة على كل شخص من حقك .

الجلسات الخارجية جميلة خصوصا في فصل الشتاء. الشاي، بقلاوة والايسكريم تبعهم لزيز ????????

في كل مره أجي لهالمكان.. أشعر بأننا ذاهبون تدريجياً للأسلوب المصري في تقديم الخدمة، طبعاً تقديم الخدمة له أسلوب وأداب وأخلاقيات.. و(المدرسة المصرية الأسوأ على الإطلاق)!!

الخدمة سريعه ولكن.!! القهوة العربي باااااردة ومالها طعم وكلها صبغه برتقالية ولا فيها طعم بن حتى و بقلاوة بالايس كريم طعمها مخزن، الفنجان كان مغبر. مخيب للامال وماله علاقه بتركيا.

اكلهم جيد بس يوصل يبرد بسرعه ، والجلسات حقتو تحسسك انك في مصر ما ادري ليه ، دمه خفيف وظريف ????

خدمة سيئة جدا.

الموظفين ماعندهم طولة بال ولا بيسمع للعميل بإحترام. جيت بطلب الفاتورة ياشر من بعيد يقول بعد الصلاة ..! يعني اطلع بدون حساب مثلاً..!!!!!!
