千代田1-1 Chiyoda , Tokyo 100-0001 Japan
The garden are very well maintained & plenty of greenery . The air feels especially fresh here. Very good for a walk in the park & to see the architectural buildings.
Great for picnics and walking. There's also a lot of joggers, so if you're into a little exercise, it's a great place for that too. Best to go in may or October.
Nice spot for a picnic with large grassy areas . Plenty of cultural significance too with some remnants dating back to 1600's!
Look for swans on your way in, and enjoy the view . The perfectly maintained grounds are beautiful, I loved the trees representing each prefecture and the big lawn. Slow down, stay a while ????????
Palace is closed on Mondays and Fridays . For the boat rides you should go to the Chiyode, the opposite part of the castle .
It looks a little dull during the winter, but it still a must if you visit Tokyo. There’s a cool miniature replica of how the castle looked.
Great for a leisurely stroll. Wish I'd had my kids with me as there's so much space to run around and see the old fortifications.
Fun to wander around this historic place, including some old buildings . No admission but closed on Mondays and past 4pm - went there twice before finding it open.
Public are free to enter this park without reservation . Closed Mondays and Fridays , unless of a Monday public holiday, then the park will be open, and the closure day will move to Tuesday instead.
Over strolling through this garden . Very peaceful on a beautiful sunny day.
Easy access , check availability and opening days before visit

Fantastic park, especially during hanami season! Google Map helps to figure out if it's a full bloom season or not yet. Crowded, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. You can see some street performances. - Elena Kiseleva
Great for a walk or to see the cherry blossoms! You can even pack a blanket and have a picnic. - Jase W
