I LIKE...! New place.. Tak sesak! Senang parking ! Ada Mc Cafe macam Starbuck.
Environment nice and comfortable . Just besides AEON Jusco Rawang, easy to spot. Wifi need login as all the other McDonald .
Overall ok as it is still new. Customer service average. Cleanliness average but better than most other McDonald 's outlets. McDonald's really need to look into their cleanliness - getting worst!
Expectations vs Reality. This is what we call a FALSE advertisement. C'mon, McD! Surely ur customers deserved better than this!

Service is not consistent, depends on the crew on duty. Hope they keep up with the cleanliness especially being new. McDonald's in Malaysia is getting sloppy and dirty in majority of their outlets!

Q is so long. Yet only 2 counters are opened. Is this fast food or what.. been queuing for more than 20 minutes..

Rate it average. The McCafe counter unmanned most of the yime.
Watch out! Trays, chairs and tables are dirty . Still sticky with food stains! Sad, new outlet too, just cannot maintain.

I LIKE sebab tempat baru..! Easy parking dan ada Mc CAFE Kopi mahal ala Setabak! Ada small room yg tersorok sikit for kids to Play! So tidak la memekak sangat masa makan.
